If your DS2 Doorstation is acting weirdly, such as:
– Buttons are not showing correctly
– It shows a black image
– Etc…
Please follow the steps bellow and check continuously in Composer: Agents > Communication > Intercom is idle.
1.- Be sure the driver is updated to the last firmware
2.- Update the system to the latest version
3.- Check the settings following the instructions on that link
4.- If the problem is still there, reinstall the DS2 driver and check again step number 3
5.- Factory Reset following the instructions on that link
6.- Check again step number 3
7.- If the problem is still there, reinstall the DS2 driver and check again step number 3
