How to share an OvrC account with Genesis HTA

Go to the Account tab

Go to GROUPS tab and select ADD GROUP.

Fill in the Group Name with “Genesis HTA” and under Permissions tab enable Delete Actions and Surveillance Actions.

Go to Customer Access tab and do not change the default Access.
After that Save changes

Check new group “Genesis HTA” has been created successfully

Go to Users tab and select ADD USER.

Fill in the User email with “tech@genesis-tech.eu” and Assign it to “Genesis HTA” group.

After that Save changes.

Check new user “Tech Team” assigned to “Genesis HTA” group has been created successfully.
